5. Payment Terms
Payments are governed by the executed proposal. Late payments may attract interest and suspension of services.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
7. Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Services are provided "as is". Antrorse shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
8. Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for delays caused by natural disasters, war, cyberattacks, or events beyond control.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India.
